Paragraph 29 Duties on the holder of a marketing authorisation relating to an immunological product

The holder of a marketing authorisation for an immunological product must submit to the Secretary of State the results of all tests carried out on each batch of the product at least ten days before he places the product on the market.

(2)

It is an offence to fail to comply with this paragraph.
