# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2005, Paragraph 11: Refusal or revocation of appointment


(1) The Secretary of State may refuse or revoke an appointment if she is not satisfied that a person has fulfilled or will fulfil his duties.
(2) A person may make representations against a refusal or revocation to a person appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State, and the procedure in paragraph 6 shall apply.
