Paragraph 2 Time limits

(1)

The Secretary of State shall process an application for a manufacturing authorisation within 90 days of receiving it.

(2)

She shall process an application for a variation of a manufacturing authorisation within 30 days unless she notifies the applicant in writing that she is extending the time to 90 days.
