# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2005, Paragraph 3: Granting the authorisation


The Secretary of State shall grant a manufacturing authorisation if she is satisfied that the applicant has at his disposal suitable and sufficient premises, staff, technical equipment and facilities for the manufacture, control and storage of the products, and will comply with his duties under these Regulations.
