  "heading": "Additional labelling requirement for premixtures containing a veterinary medicinal product",
  "text": "A label on a premixture containing a veterinary medicinal product must contain the information required under Article 16 of Regulation (EC) No. 1831/2003 and, in addition, the following——\n(a) the words “medicated premixture”;\n(b) the proprietary name of the veterinary medicinal product and the authorisation number;\n(c) the strength;\n(d) the inclusion rate of the premixture into the feedingstuff;\n(e) the level of the active ingredient in the final feed;\n(f) warnings and contra-indications;\n(g) withdrawal period;\n(h) the expiry date;\n(i) any special storage instructions;\n(j) where a prescription is required, a statement to this effect;\nand any person who supplies such a premixture not labelled in this way is guilty of an offence.",
