# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2006, Paragraph 6: Scope

This Part provides for applications for marketing authorisations in which not all the information required in Part 1 is required, but for the avoidance of doubt any applicant may apply for a marketing authorisation using Part 1 if he wishes to do so.
