  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State shall process an application for a manufacturing authorisation within 90 days of receiving it.\n(2) He shall process an application for a variation of a manufacturing authorisation within 30 days unless he notifies the applicant in writing that he is extending the time to 90 days.",
