  "text": "(1) The operator of a blood bank must ensure that every container used for the blood is labelled with—\n(a) the identity of the donor animal;\n(b) the date of collection;\n(c) the name of the veterinary surgeon who collected it;\n(d) any necessary warnings; and\n(e) the expiry date.\n(2) It is an offence to fail to comply with this paragraph.",
