# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2006, Paragraph 24: The Medicines Act 1968

In section 53 (sale or supply of medicinal products on general sale list), in subsection (2)—
(a) omit “either”; and
(b) omit paragraph (b) and the word “or” before it.
