# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2006, Paragraph 26: The Medicines Act 1968

In section 55 (exemptions for doctors, dentists, veterinary surgeons and veterinary practitioners)—
(a) in subsection (2)—
(i) in paragraph (a), omit “Health”, and
(ii) in paragraph (b), for “Health Ministers” substitute “Ministers”; and
(b) omit subsection (3).
The heading of section 55 accordingly becomes “Exemptions for doctors and dentists etc”.
