# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2006, Paragraph 58: The Medicines Act 1968

In section 110 (enforcement in Northern Ireland)—
(a) in subsection (1), as amended by section 31(3)(a) of the Health Act 2006, for “subsections (3C) and (4)” substitute “subsection (3C)”;
(b) omit subsection (4); and
(c) in subsection (5)—
(i) in paragraph (a), for “(2) to (8)” substitute “(2) to (7)”, and
(ii) in paragraph (b), as amended by section 31(3) (d) of the Health Act 2006, omit “and (8)”.
