# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2006, Paragraph 70: The Medicines Act 1971

In section 1 of the Medicines Act 1971 (fees payable for the purposes of Part II of the Medicines Act 1968), in subsection (1A), in the definition of “medicinal product”, omit paragraph (b) and the word “and” before it.
