Paragraph 11 Refusal or revocation of appointment

(1)

The Secretary of State may refuse or revoke an appointment if he is not satisfied that a person has fulfilled or will fulfil his duties.

(2)

A person may appeal against a refusal or revocation to a person appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State, and the procedure in paragraph 6 applies.
