Paragraph 8 Supply by a veterinary surgeon from registered premises

A veterinary surgeon commits an offence if he supplies a veterinary medicinal product from any premises not registered with the Secretary of State under this paragraph as premises at which veterinary medicinal products are stored or supplied.

The Secretary of State must publish a list of registered premises.

This paragraph does not take effect until 1st April 2009.
