  "text": "Any person who brings in from another member State a feedingstuff containing a veterinary medicinal product is guilty of an offence unless—\n(a) the feedingstuff has been manufactured in accordance with the provisions of Council Directive 90/167/EEC (laying down the conditions governing the preparation, placing on the market and use of medicated feedingstuffs in the Community and Regulation (EC) No. 183/2005; and\n(b) it only contains a veterinary medicinal product that has the same quantitative and qualitative composition as a veterinary medicinal product authorised in the United Kingdom.",
