  "heading": "Fees relating to premises for supply by suitably qualified persons",
  "text": "(1) The fee to approve premises for the retail supply of veterinary medicinal products by suitably qualified persons is—\n(a) £250, or\n(b) if the premises are only authorised to supply veterinary medicinal products for the treatment of—\n(i) horses (or horses and companion animals) £140; or\n(ii) companion animals, £105.\n(2) The subsequent annual fee is—\n(a) £180, or £210 if the fee is not paid within 60 days of the invoice; or\n(b) if the premises are only authorised to supply veterinary medicinal products for the treatment of—\n(i) horses (or horses and companion animals) £90, or £115 if the fee is not paid within 60 days of the invoice.\n(ii) companion animals, £70, or £85 if the fee is not paid within 60 days of the invoice.",
