# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013, Regulation 33: Appointment of inspectors

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Secretary of State must appoint inspectors for the purposes of the enforcement of these Regulations and in these Regulations “inspector” means an inspector appointed under this regulation or a veterinary inspector appointed under the Animal Health Act 1981.
