  "text": "It is an offence to fail to comply with—\n(a) regulation 4(1) or (2);\n(b) regulation 5(1);\n(c) regulation 7(2), (3), (4) or (5);\n(d) regulation 8;\n(e) regulation 9(1);\n(f) regulation 10(1), (1A) or (2);\n(fa) regulation 10A(1), (3) or (5);\n(g) regulation 11(1) or (4) or (6);\n(h) regulation 13;\n(i) regulation 17;\n(j) regulation 18\n(k) regulation 19\n(l) regulation 20\n(m) regulation 21\n(n) regulation 22\n(o) regulation 23\n(p) regulation 24;\n(pa) regulation 24A(1)\n(q) regulation 25(1);\n(r) regulation 26(1), (2) or (6);\n(s) regulation 27(1);\n(t) regulation 31(1);\n(u) regulation 37;\n(v) an improvement notice issued under regulation 38; or\n(w) regulation 41(3).",
