# The Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013, Paragraph 12: Register

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Secretary of State must maintain and publish a register of—
(a) holders of manufacturing authorisations; and
(b) qualified persons (manufacture) appointed under paragraph 9(2).
