  "text": "(1) No person may supply or offer to supply a veterinary medicinal product classified as POM-V, POM-VPS or NFA-VPS by means of the internet to persons in Great Britain unless the person—\n(a) is established within Great Britain;\n(b) has an address within Great Britain; and\n(c) appears on the register maintained under sub-paragraph (2).\n(2) The Secretary of State must establish, maintain and publish on a website a register of persons who supply veterinary medicinal products by means of the internet.",
