  "heading": "Additional record keeping requirements relating to medicinal premixes",
  "text": "(1) Any person who—\n(a) incorporates a medicinal premix into an intermediate feedingstuff;\n(b) incorporates an intermediate feedingstuff containing a medicinal premix into feedingstuffs; or\n(c) incorporates a medicinal premix into feedingstuffs,\nmust make a daily record of—\n(d) the types and quantities of all medicinal premixes (and specified feed additives, if any) and intermediate feedingstuffs used in the manufacturing process; and\n(e) the quantity of feedingstuffs and intermediate feedingstuffs containing medicinal premix manufactured that day.\n(2) An authorised distributor must make a daily record of—\n(a) the types and quantities of all intermediate feedingstuffs and feedingstuffs containing medicinal premixes bought and sold that day; and\n(b) the quantity held.\n(3) A manufacturer and distributor must also record, as soon as reasonably practicable, for each consignment supplied—\n(a) the date of delivery;\n(b) the name and address of each consignee (or, in the case of a manufacturer supplying to a distributor, the name and address of the distributor);\n(c) the type of feedingstuffs or intermediate feedingstuffs supplied;\n(d) the quantity;\n(e) the type of medicinal premix incorporated into the feedingstuffs; ...\n(f) the expiry date ; and\n(g) the batch number.\n(4) Records must be kept for five years.",
