  "text": "(1) No person other than the person who manufactured a specified feed additive or an authorised distributor may supply a specified feed additive.\n(2) The person who manufactured the specified feed additive may only supply it to—\n(a) an authorised distributor;\n(b) an authorised intermediate feedingstuff manufacturer or an authorised complementary feedingstuffs manufacturer; or\n(c) a feedingstuff manufacturer authorised to mix a specified feed additive directly into feedingstuff.\n(3) An authorised distributor may only supply it to—\n(a) another authorised distributor;\n(b) an authorised intermediate feedingstuff manufacturer or an authorised complementary feedingstuffs manufacturer; or\n(c) a feedingstuff manufacturer authorised to mix a specified feed additive directly into feedingstuff.",
