  "text": "(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (3) the fee for the application for authorisation of premises manufacturing feedingstuffs and authorisation of distributors of feedingstuffs in Great Britain is £105.\n(2) An annual fee of £122 is payable in respect of any such authorisation.\n(3) No fee is payable under sub-paragraph (1) in respect of premises where specified feed additives are manufactured if a medicinal premix is manufactured at those premises in accordance with a manufacturing authorisation.\n(4) Fees relating to feedingstuffs are payable with the application ....\n(5) Where more than one manufacturing activity is carried out at one premises by the same legal entity only one fee (the highest) is payable.",
