# The Veterinary Surgery (Artificial Insemination) (Amendment) Order 2007, Article 2: Amendments to the Veterinary Surgery (Artificial Insemination) Order 2007

Extent: E+W+S+NI

(1) The Veterinary Surgery (Artificial Insemination) Order 2007 is amended as follows.
(2) For article 1(1)(b) substitute—
“(b) applies in the United Kingdom save for Part 2 which applies in England and Scotland only; and”.
(3) In article 3(2)(b) omit “, the Scottish Ministers”.
(4) In article 8(1)(a)(i) for “and” substitute “or”.
