  "text": "The Veterinary Surgery (Exemptions) Order 1962 shall be amended as follows:—\n(a) in Article 4(d) for the words “a suitable instrument;” there shall be substituted the words “a suitable instrument, unless the poult has reached the age of 21 days;”; and\n(b) in Article 4(e) for the words “a suitable instrument; and” there shall be substituted the words “a suitable instrument, unless, in the case of the removal of a comb, the fowl has reached the age of 72 hours.”.",
