  "text": "VETERINARY SURGEONS\nMade 26th February 1973\nLaid before Parliament 6th March 1973\nComing into Operation 28th March 1973\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(4)(e) of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and now vested in them and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consultation with the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, hereby make the following order:—",
