# The Victim Notification (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009, Article 1: Citation and Commencement


This Order may be cited as the Victim Notification (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009 and comes into force on 12th May 2009.
