# The Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on 24th November 2003.
