  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order adds the crime of robbery to the list of prescribed offences for which a victim will be afforded an opportunity to make a victim statement for the purposes of section 14(2) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003.\nThe effect of the Order is that, in addition to the offences already prescribed in the Victim Statement (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/44) (“the principal order”), a victim statement may be made on or after commencement of the principal order on 25th November 2003 where proceedings are to be taken or are likely to be taken in respect of robbery.",
