# The Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2005 and shall come into force on 25th November 2005.
