# The Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2005, Article 2: Revocations


The following Orders are hereby revoked–
(i) the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Order 2003;
(ii) the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003; and
(iii) the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2004.
