  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order revokes the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/441), the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/519) and the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2004 (S.S.I. 2004/287). These orders prescribed offences for the purposes of section 14(2) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003.",
