# Victims and Courts Act 2026, Paragraph 28: Consequential provision etc

Section 45 (interpretation: sections 35 to 44B) and section 46 (victims of mentally disordered persons) become new Chapter 4 of new Part 3A (created by paragraph 2(1) of this Schedule) with the heading “Interpretation etc”.
