  "text": "(1) Section 37ZA (inserted by section 21 of the Victims and Prisoners Act 2024) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2)—\n(a) in the words before paragraph (a), for “relevant probation body” substitute “provider of probation services”;\n(b) in paragraph (a), for “body”, in both places it occurs, substitute “provider”.\n(3) In subsection (5) omit the definition of “the relevant probation body”.",
