  "text": "(1) Paragraph 2 of Schedule 19 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (membership of the Parole Board) is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1), for “four” substitute “five”.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (2)—\n(a) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (c);\n(b) after paragraph (d) insert\n“; and\n(e) a person appearing to the Secretary of State to have experience of law enforcement in a part of the United Kingdom.”.\n(4) After sub-paragraph (2) insert—\n“(2A) “Law enforcement” means the prevention, detection or investigation of offences.”",
