# The Victims’ Payments (Amendment) Regulations 2020, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 2020/103 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Coming into force 29th May 2020
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10 and 11 of the Northern Ireland (Executive Formation etc) Act 2019.
