# The Victims’ Payments (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations make a number of minor and technical amendments to the Victims’ Payments Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/103), which established the Troubles Permanent Disablement Scheme under the law of Northern Ireland.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private or voluntary sector, or community bodies is foreseen.
