  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Victims’ Payments (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 25th July 2023.\n(2) These Regulations extend to Northern Ireland only, subject as follows.\n(3) Regulation 2(2) extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
