# The Victims' Payments Regulations 2020, Regulation 22: Notification to the applicant

After making a determination of the amount of victims' payments payable to an applicant, the Board must as soon as reasonably practicable notify the applicant in writing of—
(a) the amount payable;
(b) a summary of the reason for the determination, and
(c) the right to appeal.
