# The Victims' Payments Regulations 2020, Paragraph 4: Guidance

Extent: N.I.

(1) The Board must make arrangements for guidance to be issued to health care professionals regarding the assessment of the degree of relevant disablement.
(2) A health care professional must have regard to any guidance issued under sub-paragraph (1) when assessing the degree of relevant disablement.
