  "long_title": "These Regulations, which come into force on 20th April 1998, amend the Video Recordings (Labelling) Regulations 1985 in two respects. First, new symbols are introduced for double-sided discs, which contain information on both faces. The new symbols, which dispense with the requirement for coloured shaped backgrounds, are to be shown on one face of every double-sided disc. Second, the Regulations remove the requirement for symbols on single-sided discs to be set on coloured backgrounds and permit all such symbols to be black.",
