# The Video Recordings (Labelling) Regulations 2012, Regulation 16: Video works in respect of which classification certificates have been issued by the video games authority


Regulations 17 to 23 apply with respect to a video work for which a classification certificate is issued by the “video games authority” on or after the coming into force date of these Regulations.
