# The Video Recordings (Labelling) Regulations 2012, Regulation 18


“Classification icon” is the pictorial description of a kind of content (such as violence, sex or drugs) found within a video work, as may be determined by the video games authority to be suitable for pictorial description by virtue of the arrangements it makes under section 4 of the Act.
