# The Vienna Document 1999 (Privileges and Immunities) Order 2003, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order confers such privileges and immunities in the United Kingdom on observers, inspectors and evaluators, and auxiliary personnel, designated by other States as are required to give effect to paragraphs 54, 92 and 125 of the Vienna Document 1999 adopted by the participating States of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe at Istanbul on 16th November 1999 (Cm. 4559).
