  "heading": "Compulsory acquisition of land",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required to carry out or to facilitate, or is incidental to, the authorised development.\n(2) This article is subject to article 23 (time limit for exercise of authority to acquire land compulsorily), paragraph (2) of article 24 (compulsory acquisition of rights and restrictive covenants), article 29 (acquisition of subsoil or airspace only), article 31 (rights under or over streets), article 32 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development), article 34 (statutory undertakers) and article 41 (Crown rights).",
