# The Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2008, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 1st April 2008 the provisions of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 listed in article 2 (to the extent they are not already in force). This Order also brings into force on 6th April 2008 the provisions of that Act listed in article 3 (to the extent they are not already in force).
