  "text": "The following provisions of the 2006 Act shall come into force on 31st August 2009—\n(a) section 1 (drinking banning orders),\n(b) section 2 (duration of drinking banning orders),\n(c) section 3 (orders on an application to magistrates’ court),\n(d) section 4 (orders in county court proceedings), and\n(e) section 5 (variation or discharge of orders under s. 3 or 4).",
