Article 10 Amendment of section 46 of Constitution

Section 46 of the Constitution shall be amended by adding the following new subsection:—

“(3)

When the Council is in session, the Speaker may call meetings of the Council from time to time and, if no meeting has been called sooner, shall call a meeting within two months of the previous meeting.”.
