Article 4 Replacement of section 14 of Constitution

Section 14 of the Constitution shall be replaced by the following:—

“14

There shall be an Executive Council in and for the Virgin Islands which shall consist of the Chief Minister, not less than three nor more than four other Ministers and the Attorney-General.”.
