Article 1 Citation, construction and publication

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Visiting Forces Act (Application to Colonies) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1967.

(2)

This Order shall be construed as one with the Visiting Forces Act (Application to Colonies) Orders 1954 to 1967^f1 and shall be included among the Orders which may be cited as the Visiting Forces Act (Application to Colonies) Orders 1954 to 1967.

(3)

This Order shall be published—

(a)

in the Bahama Islands, by the Governor, acting in his discretion, in the Official Gazette;

(b)

in the Colony of Seychelles, by the Governor in the Government Gazette; and

(c)

in the British Indian Ocean Territory, by the Commissioner in such manner as he may direct.
